It includes a rosewood board, a very dense material of exotic wood, which ensures the durability of the product. Its heel, resting on the corner of a counter or table, provides great stability when opening an oyster. Once the oyster is well placed in the hollow, you can use the curved blade oyster knife to open it safely. The knife provides leverage to facilitate the opening of tough shells. The handle, also made of rosewood, is comfortable to hold.
