Ingredients

Gin N' Tonic

  • 1 ounce of Dandy gin
  • 2 ounces of tonic water
  • The juice of half a lime
  • Pour on the oysters and add lime zest

Royal Kombu Seaweeds (Un Océan de Saveurs)

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of diced cucumber
  • 1/4 a teaspoon of salmon caviar
  • A slice of lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 pinches of seaweed Royal Kombu Seaweeds (Un Océan de Saveurs)

Sparkling water, apple and orange zest

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of diced peeled green apple
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of sparkling wine
  • Garnish with orange zest

Classic Mignonette

  • 1/2 a cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 french shallots finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pour about 1 teaspoon of the mix on top of the oyster
