Loyalty card

With the Loyalty Card, earn points that you can redeem for in-store discounts. It comes in two handy forms: a card for your wallet and another that goes on your keychain. Show your Loyalty Card at the cash register and enjoy its advantages instantly! This card is available at the customer service counter at all Odessa Poissonnier stores.

The Loyalty Card is free and does not have to be renewed every year. You are entitled to two Loyalty points for every dollar (before taxes) spent when making a purchase at any Odessa store with the Loyalty Card.

When you have earned 2,000 Loyalty points, you have two choices:

1. Redeem your 2,000 Loyalty points for a $20.00 discount applicable on your next purchase in any Odessa Poissonnier store.

OR

1. Continue earning Loyalty points and then redeem several 2,000-point increments, at the rate of $20.00 for every 2,000 points.

This discount is applicable to a purchase made at any of the Odessa stores. Every time you make a purchase with your Loyalty Card at Odessa, you’ll be able to track the progress of your Loyalty points. On your invoice, you’ll find information about your point balance, the number of points received for the current transaction and the final balance, including the current transaction.

Rules are subject to change without prior notice. The Loyalty Card is not convertible to cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other card that entitles the holder to discounts. The Loyalty Card can be used for all items sold in the store, with the exception of Odessa gift cards. Loyalty point redemption is granted in the form of an in-store discount, when requested by the customer. This discount is not convertible to cash and must be used during a single transaction. Also, the advantages of the Loyalty Card are attributed only when the card is shown when the sale is made. For a card that is forgotten, lost or stolen, a new card can be issued at no cost, but without transferring the points that had accumulated on the initial card. If the holder wishes to have a replacement card and have the points accumulated on the first card transferred to the second one, this person must make this request for a new card at the store of their choice, then send an email to info@odessapoissonnier.com for the transfer of points.

1. With the Loyalty Card or any other card that entitles its holder to discounts;
2. For the purchase of an Odessa gift card;
3. For the purchase of live or cooked lobsters.

The VIP Card is valid in all Odessa Poissonnier stores, including Odessa l’Entrepôt. Please note that annual fees are subject to change without prior notice. The purchase date of the VIP Card is the annual fee validity start date. The discounts associated with the VIP Card are valid only when the card is shown at the time of a sale.

By activating or using a gift card, you are confirming that you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are subject to change at any time.

The gift card, whose value is in Canadian currency, is redeemable for goods and services at all Odessa Poissonnier stores. It cannot be refunded in the event of loss or theft and is not convertible into cash, i.e., it is not possible to exchange it for its money value.
