Tilapia fillet with basil pesto
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) basil pesto
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) mayonnaise
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Generously season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
- Combine the mayonnaise, pesto and onions. Spread the mixture over the tilapia fillets.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
- Serve with rice pilaf and vegetables.
