Snow crab roll

Ingredients

  • 450 g snow crab meat
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • Fresh parsley
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 15 ml (3 tsp.) mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 rolls

Preparation

  • Drain the crab meat to remove the liquid.
  • Finely chop the shallots, celery and parsley, then add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Thoroughly combine all ingredients, then season.
  • Put the mixture in the rolls.
  • Enjoy!
