
Snow crab roll
Ingredients
- 450 g snow crab meat
- 2 shallots
- 2 celery stalks
- Fresh parsley
- Juice of one lemon
- 15 ml (3 tsp.) mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 6 rolls
Preparation
- Drain the crab meat to remove the liquid.
- Finely chop the shallots, celery and parsley, then add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Thoroughly combine all ingredients, then season.
- Put the mixture in the rolls.
- Enjoy!
