Ingredients

  • 160 g (6 oz.) Nordic shrimp
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) vegetable oil
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 head Boston lettuce
  • 125 ml (½ cup) 35% cream
